Charak & Suruchi Hosts Grand Lamp Lighting and Oath-Taking Ceremony
Charak & Suruchi Group of Institution held a Lamp Lighting ceremony for nursing students, dedicating them to compassionate service.
The auspicious program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp performed by the Institution's Director, Smt. Ritu Singh. Gracing the occasion as special guests were Smt. C. Chauhan, the Nursing Dean, and Cynthia Jacob (Nursing Superintendent, Charak Hospital).
Highlights of the Sacred Event
The ceremony was expertly steered by Principal Dr. Kamana Qadir Yusuf, who also provided a brief introduction. The main segments were marked by solemnity and grace:
The students participated in a Procession March followed by a moving Prayer Song.
The ritualistic Lamp Lighting and the official Nursing Oath-Taking ceremony were completed, symbolizing the students’ formal entry into the profession.
A Dedication Song and the lighting of candles underscored the students' commitment to a life of service, compassion, and unwavering integrity.
The ceremony saw the presence of Principal Smt. Anuradha Tripathi, Shri Abhay Singh, and Shri Sunil Sharma, among other esteemed faculty members.
Smt. Ritu Singh, the chief guest, delivered a powerful and inspiring message:
