Prayagraj: To commemorate the birth anniversary of the Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel the first Home Minister of independent India a grand march was taken out by the Bharatiya Janata Party in Pratappur Assembly on Thursday, which started from in front of Chhatauna Petrol Pump and reached Patel Hospital, Semri Nanku Ka Pura, Pratappur Purani Bazaar via PratappurIt culminated in a grand public meeting at the ancient Shri Hanuman Temple.

The workers holding the tricolor in their hands took out a march raising passionate slogans of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat, Bharat Mata ki Jai, Sardar Patel Amar Rahe. Due to which the entire area got engrossed in the atmosphere of patriotism. The chief guest of the program, former minister and MLA of City West, Dr. Siddharth Nath Singh while remembering the contribution of the nation builder said that he did the important work of tying the country in the thread of unity with his indomitable courage, foresight and determinationHe said that just as Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel has united the country in one thread, in the same way, we will make Pratappur assembly lotus bloom by following his footsteps and following the principle of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, Ek Pratappur Shreshtha Pratappur, which was deserted for BJP, special guest District President of Gangapar Smt.
