Kunal Seth Achieves 'Renowned Shooter' Status at National Championship

Lucknkow :  The city of Lucknow is swelling with pride this week as Kunal Seth, Director of the Shalimar Group, was officially designated a 'Renowned Shooter of India' at the 68th National Shotgun Shooting Championship 2025. The prestigious event, held at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range in New Delhi, saw the nation's elite marksmen compete, but Seth's performance stood out, showcasing a rare blend of corporate leadership and sporting excellence.

His achievement was highlighted by a stunning score of 97 out of 125, significantly surpassing the qualification benchmark of 90/125. His individual round scores of 21, 20, 16, 20, and 20 demonstrated remarkable composure and rhythm, especially under the intense pressure of a highly competitive national stage. This accomplishment underscores his mastery in navigating two demanding worlds: the strategic decision-making of the boardroom and the absolute precision required on the firing range.

Excelling in a major business leadership role while simultaneously achieving outstanding performance in a competitive sport is a feat few manage. Seth's ability to maintain discipline and confidence in both domains drew considerable admiration.
