The program was inaugurated by garlanding the picture of Maa Saraswati, Saraswati Vandana and welcome song sung by the children.
Parents of children of Musahar caste living in Gram Panchayat Soron who never went to school were motivated and enrolled.
District Basic Education Officer Praveen Kumar Tiwari himself enrolled them with his own hands, seeing which a wave of happiness ran among the villagers.
District Basic Education Officer Prayagraj Praveen Kumar Tiwari said in his address that education is the backbone of the society, which should reach every deprived section of the society easily and conveniently, such is the intention of the department and the government, the pious work of bringing it to the ground was done by the teachers of PM Shri Uchch Pra.V.S.
Vidyalaya Soron and the members of Maithili Garib Kalyan Samiti together, for which all of them deserve congratulations.
Thereafter, District Basic Education Officer Praveen Kumar Tiwari and Block Education Officer Pratappur Vishwanath Prajapati and Block Education Officer Phoolpur Prabhashankar Pandey and Village Headman Rajit Ram Yadav distributed set of books, uniforms, bags, copies, pens to the children of Musahar caste.
Chief Guest of the program District Basic Education Officer Praveen Kumar Tiwari, Special Guest Block Education Officer Phoolpur Prabhashankar Pandey and Mukhiya Vishwanath Prajapati of Development Block Pratappur, Village Maithili Garib Kalyan Samiti officials Balkeshwar Prajapati, Ramesh Saroj, Sandeep and Rajesh Saroj and other members were also honored for this noble work by presenting bouquets, Angavastram etc.
Before the program, in the morning, District Basic Education Officer Prayagraj, Block Education Officer Pratappur and members of Maithili Garib Kalyan Samiti and Incharge Principal personally went to Musahar Basti and met the children and parents and made them aware about education and School Chalo Abhiyan and also got the children's hair cut in front of them and made them aware about cleanliness, health and education.
