Ambedkar Nagar. Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Shri Yogi Adityanath arrived at Ambedkar Nagar airstrip at around 12 noon today as part of the tour program in Ambedkar Nagar district. Where Hon'ble Minister Jal Shakti Department Uttar Pradesh Shri Swatantra Dev Singh, Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charge), Sports and Youth Welfare Department / Minister in charge Shri Girish Chandra Yadav, Hon'ble Minister of State Independent Charge AYUSH Food Safety and Drug Administration Department Dr. Dayashankar Mishra Dayalu, Legislative Council Member / District Incharge Padmasen Chaudhary, Principal Secretary Chief Minister Shri Sanjay Prasad, MLC Dr. Hariom Pandey, District Panchayat President Shri Shyam Sundar Verma, District Magistrate Shri Avinash Singh, Superintendent of Police Dr. Kaustubh, BJP District President Shri Triambak Tiwari, along with various public representatives, BJP leaders welcomed the Chief Minister.

After that, Hon'ble Chief Minister reached Circuit House, Ambedkar Nagar and held a meeting there with the honourable public representatives and party officials of the district. Thereafter, a detailed review of the development programs, law and order of Ambedkar Nagar district was done by the Honorable Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji in the Collectorate Auditorium.

During the review, District Magistrate Shri Avinash Singh first presented the introductory description of the district and the innovative efforts and achievements being made by the district administration for the all-round development of the district under the inspirational leadership of the Honorable Chief Minister, such as the beautification of Darwan Lake, the hub of Siberian birds spread over about 600 bighas located in development block Katehari, development/beautification of Punthar Lake (area about 96 bighas) located in development block Tanda as a picnic spot, beautification of squares dedicated to the brave martyrs and their families by naming the intersections after the martyrs to awaken the spirit of patriotism among the common people and to attract the common people towards the army and to install statues of the martyrs of Kargil Vijay Diwas, development work of the state's longest (3.1 km) Jagdishpur Kapileshwar Amrit Sarovar etc. through PPT.

After this, the District Magistrate also presented a detailed outline of the efforts being made by Ambedkar Nagar district under the inspiration of the Hon'ble Chief Minister towards the concept of one trillion dollar economy of Uttar Pradesh as per the Hon'ble Chief Minister's vision.

During the meeting, the Hon'ble Chief Minister also informed about the major schemes of the concerned departments such as Operation Kayakalp of Basic Education Department, School Chalo Abhiyan and Nipun Bharat Mission, achievements of the district under Tree Plantation Campaign 2024 of Forest Department, major schemes of Medical and Health Department Communicable Disease Control Campaign, Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, progress of works of under construction, widening and strengthening of Public Works Department, MNREGA of Rural Development, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), Chief Minister Housing Scheme (Rural), National Rural Livelihood Mission (Lakhpati Didi), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban), major scheme of Urban Development, Panchayati Raj Department, Namami Gange and Jal Jeevan Mission (Har Ghar Jal) operated by Rural Water Supply Department, vaccination and ear tagging of animals done by Animal Husbandry Department, protection of destitute cows, ODOP of Small and Medium Enterprises Department.

Loan Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Srijan Karyakram, Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana, IGRS settlement of Revenue Department, status of revenue disputes, flood preparedness, projects of state and national importance in the district, Industrial Corridor Project (Purvanchal Expressway and Gorakhpur Link Expressway), important projects approved by the Hon'ble Chief Minister in the district to promote religious tourism of Planning Department, including public welfare schemes of various departments run by the government were reviewed pointwise.

During the review meeting, the Hon'ble Chief Minister directed to ensure uninterrupted power supply in the district and in case of transformer failure, to replace the transformer within a maximum of 24 hours in rural areas and a maximum of 12 hours in urban areas and the District Magistrate was directed to regularly review the power supply.

Instructions were given to the Executive Engineer Jal Nigam to complete all the works being done in rural areas under Jal Jeevan Mission (Har Ghar Jal Yojana) soon and to get the road cutting works done under this scheme 100% corrected. Information was taken from the Animal Husbandry Department about vaccination of animals and other arrangements. The concerned department informed that 100% vaccination of animals has been done.

The Animal Husbandry Department was directed that no animal should be found roaming here and there on the road or outside. Special attention should be paid to green fodder for animals, cleanliness of the places and other facilities in the animal shelters.

The Chief Medical Officer was directed to make preparations in advance for awareness campaigns, fogging and spraying of anti-larvae etc. for effective control of malaria and dengue under communicable diseases. The District Basic Education Officer was directed to complete the work of covering the remaining council schools of the district with all the standards of rejuvenation and to ensure proper teacher-student ratio in each school.

The District School Inspector was instructed to visit schools regularly to ensure quality education system in schools. The Public Works Department was instructed to prepare a list of important roads connected to the public and roads related to public interest and get the work done on priority basis. Instructions were given to improve the working method of the Medical College and to review it regularly.

Instructions were given to send proposals for the tehsils where there is no fire station and he instructed to widely publicize the PM Surya Ghar Mukt Vidyut Yojana. Instructions were given to ensure better arrangements for cleanliness as well as basic facilities related to urban life such as drainage, transportation etc. in all the municipal bodies/nagar panchayats and to make proper arrangements for garbage management in all the bodies.

Provide the benefits of schemes run by all the departments in the aspirational development blocks of the district to the eligible persons. Instructed to make the programs of Gram Sachivalaya functional, organize weekly Chaupal in the village and ensure solution of problems every week. Hon'ble Chief Minister said that industries should be connected along with industries, employment fairs should be organized from time to time, revenue disputes, measurement, inheritance and land use related cases should be resolved in mission mode.

During the review, Hon'ble Chief Minister said that flood preparations should be ensured in advance, there should be no compromise in the quantity and quality of relief material given to flood affected persons / families. Under the Har Ghar Jhanda Abhiyan, Bharat Gyan Shant Tricolor should be hoisted at every house, voluntary organizations etc. should also be associated with this, Kakori Train Action Centenary Festival should be celebrated on 9 August 2024. The Superintendent of Police was directed to maintain better law and order.

The list of top 10 criminals should be put up in police stations and take effective action against copying, cattle, mining, land mafia etc. Maintain a fear-free environment, top priority should be given to the safety of women. Reactivate the Anti Romeo Squad team. District level officers should ensure public hearing and dialogue. The complaints received on IGRS and Chief Minister Helpline portal should be resolved in a timely and qualitative manner. The satisfaction of the complainant should be given top priority. While successfully implementing the Trinet campaign, it should be taken to every body and Gram Panchayat.

He said that every department should understand its responsibilities and work according to the intention and priority of the government. And the work of the government should be taken forward in a timely manner. During the review meeting, the Superintendent of Police gave detailed information about law and order in the district. During the review meeting, the District Magistrate, in the order of the instructions given by the Honorable Chief Minister, said that the district administration is working unitedly and will definitely leave no stone unturned in realizing the dreams of the Chief Minister. 100% compliance of the instructions received by the Honorable will be ensured.
