Meeting for successful organization of National Lok Adalat to be held in District Court on Saturday, 14th September

Ambedkar Nagar. In sequence of instructions of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow, as per the instructions of Shri Ram Suleen Singh, Hon'ble District Judge / Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Ambedkar Nagar, for successful organization of National Lok Adalat to be held in District Court, Ambedkar Nagar on Saturday, 14.09.2024 in the month of September, in the meeting hall, District Court Ambedkar Nagar, under the chairmanship of Shri Ram Suleen Singh, Hon'ble District Judge / Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ambedkar Nagar, in the presence of Shri Mohan Kumar, Special Judge POCSO Act / Nodal Officer, National Lok Adalat and Shri Bharatendu Prakash Gupta, Additional District Judge / Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ambedkar Nagar, District Court Ambedkwith respected judicial officers of Dar Nagar, to fix maximum number of pending cases in District Court in the upcoming National Lok Adalat and to settle maximum number of cases in the District Court A meeting was organised for settlement of the matters.

The Honourable District Judge/Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ambedkar Nagar directed the respected judicial officers present in the above meeting to try to get maximum number of court cases settled by scheduling them in the upcoming National Adalat and ensure service of the same by sending notice to the litigants at least two times so that presence of the litigants is ensured and they get their matters settled in the National Lok Adalat and the said National Lok Adalat can be made successful and litigants can get maximum benefit. All the judicial officers expressed their commitment to work as per the instructions and for the success of the Special Lok Adalat.
