Waaree Energies Launches 3GW Solar Inverter Facilities
Waaree Energies commences commercial operations of two 1.5 GW solar inverter lines in Gujarat today.
NEW DELHI- India’s renewable energy leader, Waaree Energies, has officially commenced commercial operations at two state-of-the-art solar inverter manufacturing lines in Sarodhi-Valsad, Gujarat. Operated by its subsidiary Waaree Power, these facilities boast a combined annual production capacity exceeding 3 GW as of December 29, 2025.
This expansion aligns with India's "Make in India" vision and the MNRE ALMM initiative, pushing Waaree’s total manufacturing strength to new heights. By domesticating high-efficiency inverter production, the company aims to reduce import dependency and secure its leadership in the renewable energy sector.
