Raj Kundra & Shilpa Shetty Kundra Deny Involvement in Cryptocurrency Ponzi Scam, Advocate Issues Clarification

Mumbai:In response to ongoing media speculation, Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s advocate, Prashant Patil, has made a clear statement denying any involvement of the couple in the alleged Ponzi cryptocurrency scam dating back to 2017. Patil emphasized that even the Enforcement Directorate (ED) does not claim the couple's connection to the scam, dispelling false reports circulating in the media.

Additionally, Patil clarified that an eviction notice issued by the ED against the Kundras’ residential properties has been stayed by the Honourable High Court. This stay allows the couple time to file an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal in Delhi. He also stressed their commitment to cooperating fully with the ED's investigation, showcasing their dedication to the legal process.
