Mission Shakti Program Educates Girls on Safety
Under Mission Shakti, an inter-college awareness session was held, focusing on girls' safety and empowerment.
Pratapgarh: As part of the Mission Shakti initiative, Rani Surya Kishori Devi Inter College, Udayyadih, organized an awareness session for girls on safety, self-reliance, and crime prevention. Police officers Jyoti and Archana from Patti Police Station led the discussion, explaining the state government's measures for women's safety and encouraging students to live fearlessly. They also emphasized the responsible use of mobile phones and self-protection techniques.
School Principal Jayaprakash highlighted the importance of respecting women and fostering a safe environment. The event saw participation from Head Constable Mukesh Tiwari, Constables Satyam Sharma, Harkesh Pal, and teachers, including Rohit Singh and Shailendra Singh, promoting the mission's message of female empowerment.
