For smart phone distribution, marking of students should be done in every case on 28th February:- DM

27-02-2024. Hardoi. Today, while presiding over a meeting called at the Golden Jubilee Auditorium of Vikas Bhawan with the colleges which are causing delay and negligence in the distribution of smart phones, District Magistrate Mangala Prasad Singh gave strict instructions to the school managers present that they should not mark the data of all the students of their schools. Please feed it in every case in the presence of the Nodal Officer by late evening tomorrow i.e. 28th February 2024.

The District Magistrate said that today the managers of all the colleges should get smart phones and on February 28, 2024, marking of all the students should be done compulsorily. He said that all the representatives must get the marking of the students of their colleges and distribution of smart phones done on 29 February 2024 in the presence of the nodal officer.

DM said that smart phone distribution certificates will be made available with joint signatures of the nodal officer and the college manager. Giving strict instructions, the District Magistrate said that fees etc. will not be collected from students in any college on the day of distribution of smart phones.

Chief Development Officer Soumya Gururani, DD Agriculture, District Basic Education Officer, Additional District Information Officer Divya Nigam and officials of other concerned departments and managers/representatives of colleges were present in the meeting.
