UP Board Exam Result: Prachi won in high school and Shubham won in intermediate
Zainul Abdin Prayagraj: UP Board 10th and 12th results were declared on Friday at 2 pm. Announcing this at the headquarters in Prayagraj Secretary of Secondary Education Council (UP Board) Dibyakant Shukla said that this time the intermediate and high school examinations were conducted in just 12 days.

This year's pass percentage has been 82.60%, in which the pass percentage of girls is 88.42% and the pass percentage of boys is 77.78%. The pass percentage of girls was 10.6 percent more than that of boys. Shubham Verma, who got first rank in UP Board class 12th results, is from Sitapur district of UP, while Vishu Chaudhary, Kajal Singh, Raj Verma, Kashish Maurya, Charlie Gupta and Sujata Pandey stood second, their marks were 97.6%. Apart from these, Sheetal Verma, Kashish Yadav, Aditya Kumar Yadav, Ansha Vishwakarma and Palak Singh stood third with 97.4% marksThe Secretary said that in high school, Prachi Nigam, Sitapur, Deepika Sonkar got 98.33 and Fatehpur, Navya Singh, Sitapur and Swati Singh Sitapur jointly got the third position with 98-98 marks. Whereas in Intermediate, Shubham Verma of Sitapur has secured the first position with 97.80. Vishu Choudhary of Baghpat stood second with 97.60 and Kajal Singh of Amroha stood third with 97.60. 91 out of 115 jailed candidates appeared in the high school examination, out of which 89 have passed the examination. Similarly, in Intermediate, there were a total of 135 candidates who were in jail, out of which 105 took the examination and 87 passed. Small districts once again dominated the high school and intermediate examinations of UP Board.
Amroha district once again topped in Intermediate. The result here was 91.27 percent. Similarly, Bhadohi, the neighboring district of Prayagraj, remained at the forefront in high school. Here 96.08 percent passed. Prayagraj also performed better in high school. With 95.51 percent result, Prayagraj stood second in the state, while Gautam Buddha Nagar stood third. The passing percentage here was 95.11.
In the high school examination in the state, there were 30 out of 75 districts where the result was more than 90 percent. Lalitpur district remained last in high school. Here 77.50 percent candidates passed. Similarly, Ballia district remained last in the intermediate. The passing percentage here was 70.71 percent. In Intermediate, Mahoba district (90.51 percent) stood second and Lucknow (90.49 percent) stood third. If Lucknow is left out in the Inter examination, only small cities remained in the top ten. However, big cities had a good presence in high school results. Agra (94.98 percent) stood fourth, Kanpur Nagar (94.38 percent) stood fifth, Ghaziabad (94.29 percent) stood sixth. In high school, Pratapgarh district stood at 24th position in the state with 91.24 percent result and Kaushambi district stood at 47th position with 88.05 percent result.
