Renault Triber's New Avatar: A Complete Overhaul in Design and Features
Renault Triber's brand-new avatar has been launched in India, featuring a bold design, modern features, and enhanced safety.

This new generation of the innovative family car sports a completely redesigned front fascia, including a bold new grille, a sculpted new hood, a fresh bumper, new sleek LED projector headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, and new LED fog lamps.
Inside, the cabin has been refreshed with a stylish dual-tone dashboard that seamlessly integrates an 8-inch floating touchscreen display supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The updated interior also includes new seat upholstery, a modern LED instrument cluster, LED cabin lighting, and blackout door decals for a premium touch.
At the rear, the new Triber features a redesigned bumper, updated LED tail lamps, a new skid plate, and a stylish taillamp connecting embellisher, which completes its contemporary makeover.
With 35 new features, this car is the first product under Renault's brand transformation strategy. True to its 'Rethink Space' philosophy, it offers class-leading modular seating in the third row with Easy-Fix seats, which can be configured as a 5, 6, or 7-seater. It also offers a segment-leading boot space of up to 625 liters, allowing owners to use the space in unique and new ways to suit their various lifestyle needs.
The new Triber, thoughtfully designed with enhancements, is now available in four new variants: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion, with an attractive starting price of INR 6,29,995 (Ex-showroom). Bookings are now open at all dealerships.
The new Triber now comes with 21 standard safety features, including 6 airbags, ESP, TPMS, EBD, and Brake Assist. Front parking sensors have also been added to the safety features, a segment-first.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Venkatram Mamillapalle, Managing Director of Renault India, said, "India remains a key pillar of Renault's global strategy, driven by a strong product pipeline, robust export operations, and a renewed focus on customer satisfaction, exemplified by the launch of the all-new Triber. This model is the first to proudly display Renault’s new brand logo in India, symbolizing the company's bold, modern direction and deep alignment with Indian aspirations."
He added, "With a fully integrated operation comprising a manufacturing unit, R&D center, and design studio located in India, Renault continues to develop and produce vehicles specifically designed for Indian customers—truly 'by India, for India.' The new Triber is more than 90% localized, underscoring Renault’s long-term commitment to the Indian market."
The all-new Triber delivers a maximum power of 72 PS at 6250 rpm and a peak torque of 96 Nm at 3500 rpm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual transmission available in all variants. The top-end Emotion variant also offers an advanced Easy-R AMT, enhancing driving comfort and convenience. This powertrain setup ensures a smooth and responsive performance suitable for both city and highway driving.
Offering complete peace of mind, the car comes with a standard 3-year warranty that can be extended up to 7 years / unlimited kilometer coverage under the Renault Secure program. To enhance accessibility, the new Triber is now also available with a government-approved CNG retrofitment kit with a 3-year warranty across the country.
