Government notified specifications of Nano Urea plus fertilizer
Zainul Abdin Prayagraj. The government has notified a new product 'Nano Urea Plus' fertilizer to be manufactured by cooperative IFFCO in the country for the next three years. Nano Urea Plus is a new version of Nano Urea to meet the nitrogen requirements of the crop at critical growth stages.

According to the gazette notification, the government has approved Nano Urea Plus in liquid form with 16 percent nitrogen. It said the product would be manufactured by cooperative major IFFCO for a period of three years.IFFCO's Nano Urea Plus is an advanced formulation of Nano Urea with redefined nutrition to meet the nitrogen requirements of the crop at critical growth stages. It is used in place of traditional urea and other nitrogenous fertilizers to promote soil health, farmer profitability, and a sustainable environment.
IFFCO Managing Director Dr Udai Shanker Awasthi said on his social media platform X.It also increases the availability and efficiency of micronutrients.he said that It is a chlorophyll charger, increasing yields and helping in climate-smart farming. IFFCO Managing Director Dr. Udai Shanker Awasthi said that Nano Urea Plus has been notified for three years by the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India.
Under which the production of IFFCO Nano Urea Plus has been approved.There will be no increase in the price of Nano Urea Plus and it will be available in 500 ml bottles at the rate of Rs 225. Nano Urea Plus will help in plant growth without harming the environment. Its objective is to benefit the farmers of the country and promote self-reliant India and self-reliant agriculture. Senior Executive Director (Unit Head) Sanjay Kudesia of IFFCO Phulpur Unit, said that the production of Nano Urea Plus will be started in the Phulpur unit soon as soon as instructions are received from the IFFCO Headquarters.
