MP Dr. S.P. Singh honors teachers at Lucknow Public Schools, emphasizing their vital role in society.

The ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting, followed by a series of captivating cultural performances presented by both teachers and students, creating a festive and celebratory atmosphere.
A poignant moment of the event was the heartfelt tribute paid to the late Senior Director of LPS, Asha Singh, who dedicated a significant part of her life to the institution. Additionally, former Chief Inspector Suchitra Chakraborty was also honored with a shawl and a certificate of appreciation for her exemplary service.
In his moving address, MP Dr. S.P. Singh highlighted the supreme importance of the teaching profession. "The position of a teacher is the highest in society, and for that, I congratulate all of you," he said. He further emphasized the need for every teacher to work hard on each student individually to nurture their unique talents. "Teachers are the foundation of society, and the nation's future is strengthened by their dedication. The contribution of teachers will always be unforgettable."
The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Ashwini Kumar Gupta, was the chief guest at the event. He provided valuable information related to the provident fund, which was highly beneficial for the employees.
The ceremony was also attended by the LPS Managing Director Sushil Kumar, Chief Administrator Kanti Singh (former MLC), General Managers Harshit Singh, Shikhar Pal Singh, and Directors Neha Singh, Garima Singh, and Nikita Singh. In their addresses, they recalled the educational philosophy of former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and underscored the significant role of teachers.
