Lawyers expressed happiness when the bail of the attacker of the advocate was rejected
Advocate Ram Naval Kushwaha was attacked by criminals on the night of Diwali, the FIR of which was lodged by the advocate's wife.
Kanpur. Speaking on the bail of the attacker of Kanpur advocate, senior advocate Arvind Dixit, former vice president of the Bar Association, said that advocate Ram Naval Kushwaha was attacked by criminals on the night of Diwali, the FIR of which was lodged by the advocate's wife.
Even after the fatal attack, Juhi police registered the case under ordinary sections like 147, 352, 504, 506. When we advocates protested and met the police commissioner, section 307 was added, which was removed after two days. Two teeth of the advocate were broken in the attack, on which section 326 was added. But the accused were not being caught, on which an order of attachment was passed against the accused.
Out of fear of attachment, accused Jatin Saroj alias Golu filed an anticipatory bail petition, which was rejected, then Jatin went to the High Court, surrendered on not getting any relief from there too, the court took him into custody and sent him to jail.
Accused Jatin Saroj alias Golu filed a bail application which was transferred by District Judge Kanpur Nagar PK Singh to Additional Sessions Judge Room No. 9 Kanpur Nagar After hearing arguments of both the sides on the bail application, Judge Shesh Bahadur Nishad rejected the bail application of accused Jatin.
On the rejection of the bail application, the lawyers expressed happiness and said that those who attack the lawyers will be punished in every possible legal way.
