Pratapgarh. District Magistrate Sanjeev Ranjan, after seriously listening to the complaints of the public who came from far and wide during the public hearing in the Collectorate office, directed the concerned officers to ensure quality and timely disposal of the complaints received.

Regarding the revenue complaints received during the public hearing, the District Magistrate has directed the officers that the joint team of revenue and police should go to the spot and conduct an impartial investigation, and dispose of the complaints in a quality manner so that the complainant does not have to wander here and there.

During the public hearing the complainant Shripal, resident of Kaserua complained that the applicant's land Gaata no. 515 has been in possession but the house has collapsed due to being dilapidated, the applicant wants to construct his house but the applicant's neighbours Nanhu Verma and Mangal Verma etc. want to forcibly occupy the applicant's old inhabited land and are not allowing the applicant to carry out construction work on his land, in this matter the District Magistrate directed the Sub-District Magistrate Raniganj to get the measurement done and take necessary action so that the complainant's problem can be resolved.

Similarly during the public hearing the District Magistrate directed the concerned officers regarding other complaints received that the complaints should be resolved as early as possible.
