Prayagraj: The Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AOGS) marked its Annual Day on January 25, 2026, at the AMACC in Prayagraj. The event, themed "Breaking Barriers: Building Women's Health," served as a high-level platform for discussing the latest advancements and persistent challenges in maternal and reproductive healthcare.
The conference featured rigorous scientific sessions focused on modern treatment protocols and updated clinical guidelines. Renowned medical experts, including Dr. Preti Kumar (Vice President, FOGSI), Dr. Reena Srivastava (BRD Medical College), Dr. Mandakini Pradhan (SGPGI), and Dr. Smriti Agarwal (KGMU), shared insights on enhancing women's medical care through innovation.
A significant highlight of the ceremony was the formal induction of Dr. (Prof.) Veena Gupta as the new President of AOGS. The event was graced by Padma Shri Dr. Raj Baweja and Chief Guest Dr. V.K.
