Yogi Orders Free H1N1 Testing in UP Government Hospitals

LUCKNOW- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed all government health facilities to provide free H1N1 testing, amid rising swine flu concerns. The CM's order aims to ensure early detection, quick treatment and relief for patients across the state without any financial burden.

Yogi Adityanath also instructed private hospitals not to charge above the prescribed fees for H1N1 testing. Officials have been warned that overcharging will not be tolerated, and strict action may follow. The move protects common families from extra medical expenses in Uttar Pradesh.

For serious patients, the government has ordered separate ICU wards in hospitals to ensure dedicated care and better treatment. Health officials are on alert, and citizens are urged to follow safety guidelines and seek timely testing.
