Ambedkar Nagar: In a significant step towards women's empowerment, a two-day training program was conducted for women leaders and project staff associated with the Jan Shikshan Kendra's rural women's empowerment program. The training, held at the Sahayog Shikshan Kendra in Lucknow, aimed to strengthen the vision and capabilities of these women to bring about positive change in their communities.
Through a variety of interactive activities, including games, group discussions, and presentations, the participants learned valuable skills such as leadership, problem-solving, and community assessment. The training also focused on building a shared vision for women's groups and empowering them to address the challenges faced by rural women.
