New Delhi : Radico Khaitan Limited has scripted a landmark chapter in its corporate history, breaching the prestigious ₹6,000 crore revenue and ₹1,000 crore EBITDA marks for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. This stellar performance underscores the company’s successful transition toward a luxury-led "premiumization" strategy and operational excellence.
Financial Performance Highlights
For the full financial year 2025-26, the liquor giant reported a Net Revenue of ₹6,050.4 crore.
- The company’s EBITDA climbed to ₹1,018.5 crore, representing a significant leap in profitability.
- The fourth quarter (Q4 FY26) acted as a powerful catalyst for these year-end figures:
- Net Sales: Increased by 15.3% to reach ₹1,503.7 crore.
- EBITDA Growth: Surged by a massive 64% to ₹286.3 crore.
- Margins: EBITDA margins hit a historic high of 19%.
- Net Income: Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter doubled, reaching ₹176.5 crore.
The driving force behind this growth has been the "Prestige & Above" segment. During FY26, total IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) volumes grew by 22.2% to 38.33 million cases. Notably, the high-end brands outperformed the general market:
- Prestige Volume: Grew by 28.5% to 16.70 million cases.
- Prestige Sales Value: Jumped 30.9% to ₹3,063.7 crore.
Managing Director Abhishek Khaitan highlighted the dominance of the luxury portfolio, which alone contributed ₹475 crore in sales. The iconic Magic Moments brand crossed the 8.6 million case milestone, while Royal Ranthambore and After Dark continued their aggressive upward trajectory.
Chairman and Managing Director Lalit Khaitan noted that the appetite for luxury and premium spirits in India remains robust, positioning Radico Khaitan to capture further market share. In a move to reward investors for this historic year, the company announced a formal dividend policy, committing to a minimum 20% dividend payout.
