NCR Women's Welfare Organization Hosts Drawing and Painting Competition for Railway Children in Subedarganj

Prayagraj : The North Central Railway Women's Welfare Organization (NCRWWO), Headquarters, Prayagraj, organized an engaging drawing and painting competition for children at the Railway Officers Club in Subedarganj. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from children of non-gazetted railway staff posted across headquarters.

The competition was organized under the aegis of the "All-India On-The-Spot Drawing and Painting Competition" held by the Railway Women's Welfare Central Organization, New Delhi.

To ensure fair competition, participants were divided into three age groups: Group 1 for children aged 6 to 9 years, Group 2 for ages 10 to 12 years, and Group 3 for ages 13 to 15 years. The young artists showcased exceptional creativity and imagination through their artwork across various prompts.

NCRWWO President Heema Singh, along with Secretary Sadhana Kumar, graced the event and cheered on the participants. Organization members Shweta Sinha, Shruti Sachan, Rajni Chandrayan, Rakhi Dwivedi, Charu Gupta, Jyoti Singh, Yusra Yusuf, Rachna Verma, and Vedija Mishra were also present to guide, encourage, and interact with the participating children throughout the event.
