LUCKNOW-Inox Neo Energies, a subsidiary of Inox Clean Energy, has successfully acquired a 250 MWp solar project portfolio from SunSource Energy. The company is also finalizing the acquisition of an additional 50 MWp, bringing the total clean energy capacity to 300 MWp.
This strategic move involves assets across 13 states, serving marquee clients like Britannia and Max Healthcare. The acquisition aligns with Inox Clean's ambitious goal to reach 3 GW of renewable capacity by FY26, significantly strengthening its Independent Power Producer (IPP) business.
