"Arrival" of newly admitted students at Goel Institute of Pharmacy and Sciences
Lucknow. A colorful program called “Aagman” was organized with great enthusiasm to welcome the newly admitted students of Bachelor and Diploma in Pharmacy of Goyal Institute of Pharmacy and Sciences (GIPS) at Goyalplex Hall of Goyal Group of Institutions.
RJ from Radio Mirchi was the chief guest. Alok was present as the grace of the program. During the entire program, Managing Director of Goyal Group, Eng. Mahesh Goel, Director (Coordination and Planning) Dr. Alok Jain and GIPS Director, Dr. OP Verma along with other respected directors and teachers encouraged all the students with their dignified presence in this function.
The first presentation of the program started with the worship of Goddess Saraswati, the presiding deity of knowledge. The students enthusiastically displayed their various arts through drama, dance, and musical presentations. The selection of Mr. and Miss Fresher was the focal point during the entire program and the curiosity to know it kept everyone engaged till the end of the program. Various creative and captivating presentations by the students greatly entertained the audience.
Before this, the program was started by Dr. OP Verma with lighting of the lamp and welcome speech. Dr. OP Verma welcomed the guests with a bouquet of flowers and also thanked all the attendees for their enthusiastic participation. As the day progressed, people's curiosity ended with the knowledge of the names of Mr. and Miss Fresher in the last moments of the program. Nikhilesh and Shraddha were elected as Mr. Fresher and Miss Fresher in Bachelor Pharmacy and Rohan and Madhu in Diploma Pharmacy. The program ended with Dr. OP Verma and other distinguished teachers presenting mementoes to the guests and giving good wishes to all the students for the future.
For the new students of GIPS, the festival is not just a celebration but also the beginning of their educational journey in which the important principles of collaboration, partnership, and communication are strongly encouraged. For new students, the memories and experiences associated with this festival will motivate them to pursue their study goals.
