Eat Right School/Eat Right Campus scheme has been started in schools and colleges by the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department, Uttar Pradesh under the direction of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, New Delhi, in collaboration with school management and/or district administration.

In this sequence, a walkathon, speech, painting, debate, and slogan competition was organized by the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department on Tuesday. Those who got first place were honored with Rs 1000, those who got second place with Rs 800 and those who got third place with Rs 700 in cash along with certificates for first, second and third place. Students from classes 5 to 12 participated in the walkathon and competition. 

The walkathon was flagged off by CT Magistrate Indrakant Dwivedi. This included students of primary, and upper primary schools, and NCC cadets. Describing the importance of healthy food for health, they reached Veer Lorik Stadium through various routes of the city with various slogans and slogans. After this, a painting competition for the students of classes 3 to 5, a debate competition for the students of classes 6 to 8, a slogan competition for the students of classes 9 to 10, and that of classes 11 to 12 at the Sports State Stadium. Speech competition was organized for students.

 The students who secured first, second and third positions were honored by Assistant Commissioner Food II Ved Prakash Mishra. Giving detailed information about food safety, he said that cleanliness of hands is necessary before eating food. Physical labor keeps our body fit and healthy. Our country will progress further only when there is physical labor. He said that by getting good education, all of you will increase the respect of your teachers and your parents. 

In the walkathon, Food Safety Officer Om Prakash Yadav, Anil Kumar, Rakesh, Dharamraj Shukla, Piyush Singh, Ravi Shankar Pandey, Atul Kumar, Neeraj Pandey, Block Education Officer Lokesh Mishra, Assistant Teacher Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Muhammad Vazir, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Arvind Singh. , Vibha Srivastava, Shamila Singh, Pradeep Yadav, Ramnarayan, Vice President of Trade Board Vivek Kumar Gupta etc. were present. 

These were the toppers in the competition: In the painting competition held for class 3 to 5 students, Savru Kumar Prajapati, a student of Primary School, Alawalpur, stood first, Kumari Ashu Prajapati, a student of Primary School, Alawalpur, stood second, Kumari Ragini, a student of English Medium School, Devkali, stood third. Received the position. In the debate competition held for the students of class 6 to 8, Miss Khushi of Composite School Tehsil School stood first, Miss Lakshmi Soni of Composite Primary School Midda stood second and Miss Chanda Yadav of Upper Primary School Jirabasti stood third. In the slogan competition held for education students of classes 9 to 10, Alisha Khatoon of Government Girls Inter College stood first, Sana Firdous stood second and Sneha stood third. In the speech competition held for students of classes 11 to 12, Kumari Pushpa of Government Girls School stood first, Kumari Madhu stood second and Kumari Radha stood third.
