The dispute between husband and wife was resolved by connecting with the Supreme Court through online mediation

Pratapgarh. Online mediation was conducted by connecting to the Supreme Court under the coordination of Sumit Panwar, Additional District Judge / Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Pratapgarh, for mutual reconciliation between the agitated husband and wife.

It is known that a dispute has been going on between Asha Devi and her husband Vinod Kumar for a long time, in which the case of dowry harassment, domestic violence and maintenance is pending between the two.

Today on 01 August 2024, the talks between the two parties with the committee regarding the said case were finalized online by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

On this occasion, Vinod Kumar, his advocate Vinay Kumar Pandey, Asha Devi's advocate Pawan Kumar Singh were present during the online mediation, while Asha Devi participated in the online mediation at Patiala House Court in Delhi.
