Distribution of sanitary pads under Swachhta Pakhwada
Under Swachhta Pakhwada, sanitary pads were distributed in Sultanpur village under the aegis of Jan Shikshan Sansthan.
Ambedkar Nagar. On the occasion, a group of girls were going door to door to make women and teenagers aware of sanitary pads. People were made aware of the diseases caused by using dirty clothes during menstruation. Renu Jaiswal mainly told the girls that using dirty clothes can cause many diseases including fungal infection, so only sanitary pads should be used during menstruation.
The group was led by the institute's director Arun Kumar Shahi and the center's instructor Pushpalata Verma. On the said occasion, the instructor requested people to pay special attention to the cleanliness of the body.
The institute's director inspired the village people to maintain cleanliness.
