Cleanliness Fortnight started in NTPC Tanda

Ambedkar nagar. With the aim of making Swachh Bharat Mission successful, Swachhata Pakhwada is being celebrated at NTPC Tanda from 16.05.2024 to 31.05.2024.
The fortnight was inaugurated by the executive director of the project, AK Chattopadhyay, by administering the oath to build Swachh Bharat.
On this occasion, he said that various programs like awareness rally, Prabhat Pheri, competitions, street plays are being organized under Swachhta Pakhwada.
In this sequence, a massive campaign was conducted today and Prabhat Pheri, Shramdaan and a massive tree plantation program was organized from Umang Stadium to Saryu Ghat in NTPC Township.
He said that for the Swachh Bharat Mission, it is absolutely necessary to regularly clean all workplaces and residential premises.
He said that an action plan has been prepared to clean the places around the project during the Swachhta Pakhwada. He also said that with the aim of creating widespread public awareness about cleanliness, painting, speech and essay competitions will be organized for employees and students.
On this occasion, Executive Director Chattopadhyay appealed to all the employees, contract workers and CISF personnel to actively participate in the Swachhta Pakhwada-2024.
