The price band of each share of face value of Re 2 of Indengine Limited (“Equity Shares”) has been fixed in the range of Rs 430 per Equity Share to Rs 452 per Equity Share.
Anchor Investor Bid date is one working day before the bid/offer opening date, i.e. Friday, May 03, 2024. Bids can be made for a minimum of 33 equity shares and in multiples of 33 equity shares thereafter.
