On the second day of life skills training running from 5th August to 8th August at the District Education and Training Institute, self-awareness skills, interpersonal relationship skills, emotion management, communication skills were taught through activities in such a way that teachers can also develop skills related qualities in their school children.
DIET Principal Amita Singh said in her address that all these skills will contribute to teachers in discharging their responsibilities. Communication skills strengthen our interpersonal relationships. Children will develop all-round with the development of both skills.
The more we stay away from stress through emotion management, the better we will be able to help children in their all-round development, in making them proficient. Training in-charge Kirti Awasthi, reference giver Amit Rai, Mahendra Yadav (DIET spokesperson), reference giver Mrs. Preeti Verma, Lakshmi Singh, Mahima Singh, Amarjeet Singh, Seema Salwani Dharmaraj, (SA) helped in developing understanding of life skills through various activities. Rahul Singh Suryavanshi, Sukesh Ranjan Srivastava, Anand Yadav, Zaheer Ahmed, Geetanjali Singh Yadav, Shikha Sahu etc. were present in the training.
