LUCKNOW-In a major boost to India's renewable energy sector, private equity firm Actis has acquired the 110 MWp commercial and industrial solar portfolio of TrueRE Oriana Power, a company statement said on Wednesday.
The Actis deal is valued at an enterprise value of Rs 501 crore. As part of the transaction, TrueRE Oriana Power has transferred its stakes in Truere Guj SPV Pvt Ltd and Truere Current Pvt Ltd to Actis. #Actis #IndiaBusiness
