Kunda (Pratapgarh) : The 13th death anniversary of renowned social worker Late Amar Bahadur Singh, fondly known as 'Laat Babu,' was solemnly observed on Sunday at the Babu Amar Bahadur Singh Educational Institute in Bahorikpur, located within the Heeraganj Nagar Panchayat of Kunda.
