Indian medical association distributed 45 tricycle to disabled person

Health . Today Indian medical association distributed 50 Tricycles, 03 Wheel Chairs, 4 M.R. Kit, 5 Smart Canes, 5 Hearing Aids, 02 CP Chair. 

District Disabled Empowerment Officer Vinay Uttam welcomed the chief guest Surend Maithani. As the chief guest in the program, MLA Surend Maithani said in his address that the government is sensitive towards the disabled people. 

Efforts are being made to ensure that disabled people get equal status in the society. MLA Surend Maithani said that wherever the disabled people feel their need, they should remember us. The government is determined for the upliftment of the disabled.

The government gives 35 thousand rupees to a disabled person as marriage award if both the persons are disabled, ten thousand rupees for running a shop for employment, twenty thousand rupees for construction of a shop. For disabled pension, disabled people get Rs 1000 per month from the government.
