17.04.2024 to inspect the crowd management and summer rush arrangements made at New Delhi railway station for passengers during the ongoing summer rush. Shri Sukhwinder Singh, DRM Delhi Division and other senior officers of railways were also present on the occasion.
Smt. Jaya Varma Sinha interacted with the passengers at the station, inspected the CCTV functioning, drinking water facilities and Clone set of Vaishali Express. She appreciated the arrangements and conveyed that all-out effort should be made to ensure maximum comfort to the travelling public. She also emphasized that the same efforts should also be done for the passenger travelling in the reverse direction.
She has instructed the officials to be proactive in providing all the required assistance to the passengers for their safe and comfortable journey. Northern Railway is committed to providing a comfortable and convenient travel experience for all passengers.
