Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose : Bravery Day Celebrated at MNREGA Bachao Sangram Chaupal

Prayagraj : The birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the iconic revolutionary who remains a global symbol of courage, was observed with great fervor as Bravery Day (Parakram Diwas). The celebrations took place during the "MNREGA Bachao Sangram Chaupal" held in Chandauha, where local leaders and citizens gathered to pay homage to one of India’s most valiant freedom fighters.

The event commenced with a ceremonial garlanding of Netaji’s portrait, followed by a shower of floral tributes. Addressing the gathering, keynote speaker Ahmed reflected on Bose's monumental contributions, emphasizing that his leadership was pivotal in India's struggle for sovereignty. He noted that Netaji’s visionary role in founding the Azad Hind Fauj (Indian National Army) continues to be a blueprint for dedication and patriotism.

Assembly in-charge Devraj Upadhyay reminded attendees of Netaji’s origins, born on January 23, 1897. He described Bose as the personification of "valor and independence," asserting that his teachings are not just historical facts but a living source of inspiration for the youth. Upadhyay highlighted that Netaji’s ideals of selfless service and uncompromising dedication are more relevant today than ever.

The program, expertly conducted by Ritesh Pasi, saw a diverse turnout. Prominent attendees included District General Secretary Sunil Pandey, Medical Cell Chairman Dr. Amar Singh Patel, and Warroom Incharge Saddam Hussain Siddiqui, alongside a large group of local women and activists, all united in honoring the legacy of the man who gave the clarion call, "Give me blood, and I shall give you freedom."
