Lucknow. The core of this startup is a cutting-edge tech platform called 'Hawker', designed to change the way Indians shop and travel. The company was founded with a simple but powerful idea - to change the way India shops and travels daily.

Hawker Startup provides specialized tech solutions and security for India and Indian small and local businesses. Hawker's vision is to revolutionize the way the unorganized sector is served through technology and seamlessly integrate into the tourism industry.

Initially, the product aims to bridge the gap between street vendors and residents of societies and apartments, thereby transforming the unorganised sector into an organised entity.

The company’s approach is far-sighted from its initial goals. The startup has developed the blueprint and prototype design of the product based on the specific guidance received from the incubation cell of Lucknow University.

The startup has also recently received the first tranche of a support grant from the UP government. Now, the startup is looking for funds to convert the prototype design into a minimum viable product (MVP) so that an official launch can be done soon.

In future plans, the startup plans to expand into the tourism sector within the next three years, offering an easy and streamlined experience right from planning the trip to all related arrangements.

Aiming to build a Rs 100 crore company in the next 4 to 5 years, the Yash Tiwari-led startup is set to make a significant impact on local businesses and the tourism industry.
