Improvement should be brought in the working system and system of the medical college - DM

In the sequence of instructions given by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the review meeting of the development and law and order of the district on 07 August 2024 regarding improvement in the working system and system of Government Medical College Sadarpur, District Magistrate Avinash Singh held a meeting with Additional District Magistrate Dr. Sadanand Gupta, Principal, Vice Principal, Medical Superintendent of Medical College Sadarpur, Heads of Departments of various departments, doctors and other key medical staff in the Collectorate Auditorium and conducted an in-depth review regarding providing high level and quality medical facilities in the hospital.
In the meeting, the District Magistrate gave clear instructions to all the doctors and medical staff that the best possible medical facilities should be provided smoothly to the patients coming to the hospital and all the arrangements including cleanliness in the medical college should be kept in order regularly.
He said that providing better medical facilities to the general public is the top priority of the Chief Minister and the Chief Minister himself is very serious about the arrangements of the medical college. The District Magistrate said that the working system and system of the medical college should be improved. All doctors and staff should discharge their duties and responsibilities under the Service Conduct Rules and with full devotion.
He gave strict instructions that no kind of mismanagement or disorder should come to the fore in the hospital now. If any kind of complaint comes to the fore, then legal process will be adopted on the concerned by fixing accountability. In the meeting, it was decided to select afresh such service providers of outsourcing personnel whose service period has been completed as per the rules.
Along with this, it was decided to constitute a committee under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate for regular monitoring of various arrangements including cleanliness along with better medical arrangements in the medical college and to continuously monitor the arrangements.
Additional District Magistrate Dr. Sadanand Gupta, Principal Medical College Dr. Amirul Hasan along with other doctors, nursing staff, technicians etc. were also present in the meeting.
