CM Yogi Adityanath Inaugurates State-of-the-Art RUPAAM Campus in Lucknow

Lucknow : In a major boost to state administrative infrastructure, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday officially inaugurated the newly constructed campus of the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management (RUPAAM). Built at an estimated cost of over ₹464 crore, the premier facility is poised to redefine the training and development landscape for state civil servants and administrative staff.

Addressing a gathering of top bureaucrats, officials, and trainees at the grand launch event in the state capital, Chief Minister Adityanath highlighted that robust administrative training is central to achieving the vision of Sughasan (good governance). He noted that the newly developed, state-of-the-art campus represents a significant milestone in modernizing the state's governance framework.

"The integration of innovation, efficiency, and excellence within administrative processes forms the bedrock of true public service," the Chief Minister emphasized. He urged public servants to leverage the advanced infrastructure to foster a more empathetic and responsive system.

During his keynote address, CM Adityanath made a passionate call to action, urging the state’s bureaucracy to prioritize national interest and public welfare above all else. He stated that the ultimate metric of administrative success lies in how effectively policies reach the outermost margins of society. To achieve this, he called upon officers and staff members to work with unyielding dedication, transparency, and accountability.

The RUPAAM campus is equipped with modern learning labs, digital seminar halls, and extensive research facilities designed to equip state officials with contemporary management tools and data-driven decision-making skills. Officials noted that the academy will focus on tech-driven governance models to streamline public grievance redresses and expedite regional development projects.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior cabinet ministers, the Chief Secretary, and top administrative leadership of Uttar Pradesh, marking a collective step forward in the state's push toward total digital transformation and professional excellence in public administration.
