Prayagraj : In a significant boost to scientific research and innovation, Dr. Praveen Kumar Shahi, an Assistant Professor in the Physics Department at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Government College, Phaphamau, Prayagraj, has been awarded a major research project by the Council of Science and Technology, Uttar Pradesh. The project, titled "A Novel Approach for Anticounterfeiting by using Hybrid Nanostructures," has been approved with a grant of ₹13.86 lakh.

Dr. Shahi expressed his delight, stating that the project will not only advance scientific research but also contribute to protecting society from the harm caused by counterfeit products. "I am grateful for this opportunity and am fully committed to making this project a success with my team," he said. The initiative is a crucial step towards developing a new, robust method for identifying and preventing fake goods.
