Prayagraj Railway Division Honours 20 Employees with Safety Awards for Vigilant Duty

Prayagraj: Recognising exemplary commitment to railway safety, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Rajnish Agrawal of Prayagraj Division honoured 20 employees with Safety Awards for their alert and responsible performance. The ceremony was held in the auditorium of the DRM office.

Senior officials of the division attended the function. Among those present were Additional Divisional Railway Manager (General) Deepak Kumar, Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Infra) Dhananjay Kumar Singh, Senior Divisional Safety Officer U.C. Shukla, Senior Divisional Operations Manager (Goods and General) Mayank Rana, Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (Operations) Akash Srinetra, Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer (Coaching) Shiv Singh, Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer (O&F) Vikas Chaurasia, Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (Coaching) Pulkit Srivastava, Senior Divisional Engineer (Coordination) Md. Javed Akhtar, and Senior Divisional Signal and Telecom Engineer (Coordination) Pramod Kumar, along with other officers and inspectors.

Appreciating the awardees, DRM Rajnish Agrawal said they had discharged their duties with a strong sense of responsibility. He urged them to continue performing well in the future, noting that their good work inspires fellow employees to do better. He stressed that the safe and secure running of trains is the shared responsibility of every railway worker.

The awardees included Loknath Mishra, Pointsman, Mirzapur; Amrit Raj Bhartiya, Station Master, Ramwa; Kallu, Pointsman, Gaipura; Madhurendra Kumar Pandey, Station Master, Pasahikala; Dhananjay Yadav, Station Master, Khairahi; and Arvind Kumar Yadav, Pointsman, Shankargarh.

Others honoured were Kumari Naina Kanaujiya, Goods Train Manager, New Kanpur; Kundan Kumar, Goods Train Manager, New DDU; Shyam Kumar, Goods Train Manager, Tundla; Saurabh Chandra Shukla, Loco Pilot, Kanpur; Kajal Kumari, Assistant Loco Pilot, Kanpur; Chhavi Lal Kunwar, Loco Pilot, Kanpur; Pravesh Meena, Assistant Loco Pilot, Kanpur; Surendra Kumar, Loco Pilot, DDUN; and Manish Kumar, Assistant Loco Pilot, Kanpur New.

The list also featured Ram Gopal, Mate (Track Maintainer-III), Tundla; Netram Meena, Blacksmith-I, Firozabad; Tara Shankar, Senior Technician, S&T, Unchdih; Arvind Kumar Meena, Senior Section Engineer, Carriage and Wagon, Tundla; and Vinod Kumar Saroj, Assistant, Carriage and Wagon, Prayagraj.
