Ambedkar Nagar: With the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET)-2026 scheduled for October 25, October 30, and November 1, 2026, the district administration has finalized all arrangements to ensure a fair, peaceful, and transparent examination process. District Magistrate Mrs. Isha Priya convened a comprehensive review meeting at the Collectorate Auditorium with sector magistrates, static magistrates, center superintendents, and other key officials to outline strict compliance with commission guidelines.

According to the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), the examination will be conducted across 23 designated exam centers over three days in six shifts. The shifts are scheduled daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (First Shift) and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Second Shift). A total of 9,816 candidates are registered to appear for the exam in the district. Dedicated sector magistrates, static magistrates, and center superintendents have been deployed at every venue, alongside a control room established at the collectorate for swift problem-solving.

District Magistrate Isha Priya directed all sector and static magistrates to conduct physical inspections of their respective centers in advance and coordinate closely with superintendents. She emphasized that basic amenities, including clean drinking water, must be ensured for all aspirants at every center. Officials were instructed to thoroughly study the commission's rulebook to manage pre-exam, intra-exam, and post-exam protocols seamlessly, and to conduct proper briefings for invigilators before each shift.

The Additional District Magistrate urged officials to immediately address any operational gaps or local issues, escalating matters promptly to senior authorities if necessary, to guarantee an absolute breach-proof examination environment.
