Transformative Educators' Workshop: DPS Sitapur Empowers Teachers with Leadership & Grooming Skills

Sitapur : Delhi Public School, Sitapur, organized an empowering two-day teachers' training workshop aimed at boosting personality development, professional efficiency, and leadership capabilities among educators. Conducted in collaboration with Lucknow’s renowned training organization, Inspiring Insights, the workshop served as a major step toward enhancing pedagogical impact.

The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp led by Chief Resource Persons Neha Mehrotra and Dr. Neeraj Singh. Operating under the central theme, “Personality Development and Professional Grooming for Educators,” the training offered actionable strategies centered across five pivotal pillars: Self Awareness, Positive Mindset, Effective Communication, Professional Growth, and Enhanced Classroom Impact.

Insights from Industry Leaders
Chief Resource Person Neha Mehrotra—a distinguished Parent & Teen Coach, Career Strategist, DMIT Consultant, and Co-founder of Inspiring Insights bringing over 15 years of corporate experience—spearheaded the interactive modules alongside Dr. Neeraj Singh. Together, they shared practical frameworks designed to elevate teaching dynamics and personal growth.

Day 1: "Everyday Leadership"
The opening day, October 23, focused on “Everyday Leadership.” Through engaging, participatory exercises such as the “Recipe for Disaster” activity, teachers gained hands-on insights into seamlessly managing team dynamics, fostering active coordination, and cultivating core leadership qualities within everyday school life.

Day 2: "Elevate 360°"
The second day, October 24, pivoted to “Elevate 360°,” emphasizing confidence building, professional etiquette, and impactful communication. A standout session titled “Turn Complaints into Confidence” guided educators on shifting their perspectives—showing them how parent complaints can be transformed into trust-building opportunities and constructive partnerships.

Reflecting on the program, DPS Sitapur Principal R. K. Singh noted that such immersive training initiatives are crucial for honing teachers' personal and professional competencies, shaping them into stronger mentors and educational leaders.

The successful summit saw enthusiastic participation from prominent attendees, including Dr. Seema Kapoor, Dr. Dheeraj Tandon, Dr. Anuradha Ghatak, DPS Headmistress (Senior Wing) Farah Imam, and Headmistress (Junior Wing) Savita Singh.
