Ambedkar Nagar strengthens pre-primary education as local dignitaries, including Katehari MLA and the Chief Development Officer, distribute appointment letters to 104 newly selected ECCE educators for Balvatikas.
Ambedkar Nagar : In a significant stride toward strengthening Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) across the district, a formal appointment letter distribution ceremony was organized at the Collectorate Auditorium in Ambedkar Nagar. The initiative aims to enhance foundational learning in Balvatikas, ensuring that young children receive engaging, high-quality, and activity-based education tailored to their developmental needs.
The event witnessed the presence of prominent leaders and officials, including Katehari MLA Dharmraj Nishad, District Panchayat President/Administrator Shyam Sundar Verma alias Sadhu Verma, BJP District President Dilip Dev Patel, and Chief Development Officer Vaibhav Mishra. Together, they ceremoniously handed out appointment letters to 104 newly selected ECCE educators.
Detailing the recruitment drive, the District Basic Education Officer noted that in the first phase last year, 141 ECCE educators were deployed across the district. Building on that momentum, the second phase focused on filling 104 remaining vacancies. Applications were invited online through the state's employment portal (Sevayojan portal), followed by thorough document verification and interviews conducted strictly in accordance with government mandates.
Addressing the newly inducted educators, MLA Dharmraj Nishad and District Panchayat President Shyam Sundar Verma urged them to execute their duties with utmost dedication and responsibility. They emphasized that shaping a positive, playful, and stimulating learning environment during early childhood is foundational for a child's holistic growth. BJP District President Dilip Dev Patel further called upon the educators to align their efforts with the vision of a developed nation, actively contributing toward Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s "Viksit Bharat 2047" framework.
To ensure seamless integration into the schooling system, the District Basic Education Officer announced that the newly appointed educators will undergo a specialized two-day training program at the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Alapur, on November 2 and 3, 2026. This training will equip them with modern, child-centric pedagogical tools and activity-based teaching methodologies. The program concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by the District Basic Education Officer to all attending dignitaries and departmental staff.
