#TriveniSangam Becomes Spiritual Hub as 3.5 Crore Devotees Take #AmritSnan

Mahakumbh Nagar. On the auspicious day of #MakarSankranti, over 3.5 crore devotees gathered at Prayagraj’s iconic Triveni Sangam for the first Amrit Snan during #Mahakumbh2025. The festival marked a grand celebration of faith, unity, and spiritual traditions.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath extended his heartfelt wishes to all saints, Kalpvasis, and devotees. Taking to his official social media handle X, he shared his pride in the grand spiritual congregation, describing Mahakumbh as a significant symbol of Sanatan Dharma's cultural strength.

“On the first Amrit Snan day, more than 3.5 crore revered saints and devotees bathed in the eternal and sacred Triveni Sangam,” wrote CM Yogi, highlighting the religious importance of the holy dip.

The Chief Minister also expressed his gratitude to various departments and organizations that ensured the smooth execution of the event. He thanked the Mahakumbh Mela administration, local authorities, police personnel, sanitation workers, religious institutions, and volunteer organizations for their collective efforts in managing the large influx of devotees.

CM Yogi conveyed his blessings to all participants, emphasizing the importance of faith and unity in preserving India's rich cultural heritage. His message, "Punya Fale, Mahakumbh Chale," resonated deeply with the spirit of the festival.

The grand spectacle of millions of devotees taking a holy dip in the Ganga reflected the unmatched spiritual and cultural traditions of India, reinforcing the country’s legacy of unity through faith.
