Spectacular Spectrum 2025 Unfolds at Woodbine Gardenia School
Woodbine Gardenia School, Kanpur, hosted the grand Spectrum 2025 event with mesmerizing performances and esteemed guests in attendance.

The event commenced with a warm welcome speech, followed by a floral tribute to the chief guest, Kanpur MP Ramesh Awasthi, by Principal Sumita Mukherjee. IIT professor Dr. Javed Malik extended a hearty handshake to the MP, symbolizing the spirit of academia and leadership coming together. Additionally, Kalyanpur MLA Neelima Katiyar and IIT’s esteemed faculty members, including Dr. Adhip Agarwal, Dr. Satyajit Banerjee, and Dr. Siddharth Mukherjee, were honored with floral bouquets. Sisamau MLA Naseem Solanki also graced the occasion with her presence.
The junior wing kicked off the event with a grand procession, followed by the national anthem and the school song. Students from classes 9 and 11 performed a graceful Saraswati Vandana, setting the stage for an enchanting cultural showcase. The pre-primary students delighted the audience with a lively welcome dance, while students from grades 1 to 3 demonstrated mesmerizing yoga postures.
One of the most applauded segments was the “Sparkle Squad” dance, performed by Rawatpur branch students from playgroup to grade 3. This performance left the audience spellbound. Meanwhile, students from classes 4 to 8 presented an array of intricate yoga asanas, followed by a well-coordinated drill display by younger students from classes 1, 2, and 3.
Adding to the spectacle, senior students staged a thought-provoking street play, while another group delivered a compelling act titled “Kumbh Par Chalo Kumbh Chalein.” The audience was further enthralled by a breathtaking gymnastic showcase and an exhilarating karate demonstration by students from grades 2 to 8. The event reached its climax with a captivating portrayal of the Samudra Manthan, illustrating the legendary battle between gods and demons.
The sporting events were equally thrilling. Pre-primary students participated in fun races, including Safari Splash, The Banana Derby, Ball Balance Blitz, Jellyfish Jamboree, and The Funny Bunny Race. Other notable races included Nobita Ninja Sprint, The Tripod Trot, Hurdle Race, Mickey-Mini Race, and Sep Race. The little stars from the Rawatpur branch stole hearts with their unique races such as The Magic Race, Let’s Go Fishing, and Pull the Wagon.
As the event concluded, applause and cheers filled the venue, celebrating the incredible talent displayed by the students. Spectrum 2025 successfully highlighted the school's commitment to fostering creativity, athleticism, and cultural awareness among young learners.
