Rajnath Singh Takes Holy Dip at Kumbh

PRAYAGRAJ:Defense Minister Rajnath Singh visited Prayagraj's Mahakumbh on Saturday and took a holy dip at the sacred Triveni Sangam—the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and mythical Saraswati. Accompanied by Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi, Singh offered prayers at Akshayavat, Patalpuri Temple, and Bade Hanuman Ji Temple. He described this experience as his spiritual fortune and a moment of pride in embracing India's ancient cultural heritage.

After visiting these holy sites, Singh emphasized the spiritual and cultural significance of Mahakumbh, urging everyone to witness this grand festival at least once. The Defense Minister also held a meeting with senior Army officials to discuss security arrangements for Mahakumbh. During his visit, he interacted with priests and saints, appreciating the management of the event and the arrangements for pilgrims.
