Illumination Towers Enhancing Prayagraj’s Beauty

These towers, especially during nighttime, have become a major attraction for residents and tourists alike. Three magnificent towers have been erected at Balson Square at a cost of ₹44 lakh. Among these, two towers are 7 meters tall, while the third stands 10 meters high.

These towers are equipped with LED lights, making the square look mesmerizing at night. Additionally, they help reduce energy consumption. Built with dust- and water-proof materials, these towers are designed for durability and longevity.

Considering the upcoming Maha Kumbh 2025, several projects are being undertaken to make Prayagraj more appealing. These projects include illumination towers, the Shaheed Wall in Civil Lines, and the Smart Road at Mazar Tiraha.

Officials from Smart City Limited stated that these projects are not limited to the Maha Kumbh event but will continue to attract tourists even after the festival.

The illumination towers at Balson Square brighten up the entire area at night, presenting a perfect blend of modernity and cultural heritage. Local residents say these towers are becoming a significant landmark in the city and a popular spot for tourists to click photos.
