Seth Murari Lal Agarwal Graced the Kumaon Sangh's Cultural Event
Seth Murari Lal Agarwal graced the colorful cultural event of Kumaon Sangh, where performances by women and children captivated the audience.
Kanpur : A vibrant cultural event of Uttarakhand Mahasangh (Kumaon Sangh) was held at the Shramahikari Center in Shastri Nagar, where Seth Murari Lal Agarwal graced the occasion with his presence. On this occasion, performances by children and women left the audience spellbound. The event began with Ganesh Vandana, followed by singing, dancing, and traditional Kumaoni folk performances such as Jhoda and Chachari by local artists.
During the event, Kumaon Sangh's Treasurer, Deepak Joshi, and President, Jagdish Chandra Pandey, emphasized the need to preserve and cherish our culture, heritage, and language. General Secretary Shri Nandan Singh presented the annual report of the Sangh.
As the Chief Guest, MLA Surendra Maithani (Govind Nagar) encouraged the youth to benefit from government schemes and assured the Uttarakhand Mahasangh of all possible support.
Other prominent members of the Uttarakhand Mahasangh present at the event included President Jagdish Chandra Pandey, General Secretary Nandan Singh, Former President Devendra Singh Bisht, Women’s Wing President Dr. Nirmala Joshi, Coordinator Mukesh Singh Rana, Vice President Kishan Singh Bisht, Treasurer Deepak Joshi, and other distinguished members.
This event was a successful effort to promote the cultural heritage of Kumaon Sangh and strengthen the spirit of unity among the community.
