Genium 7.0 Kicks Off with Passion, Talent, and Tech Spark at LPCPS
LPCPS Lucknow launches Genium 7.0 with vibrant events including talent hunt, blind coding, dance and band battles.

Lucknow: The annual cultural and technical fest of Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies (LPCPS), Genium 7.0, kicked off with vibrant energy on Saturday. The two-day fest was inaugurated by the college’s Founder Chairman and Member of Parliament, Dr. S.P. Singh, who lit the ceremonial lamp to mark the beginning of the event.
This seventh edition of Genium is packed with more than 30 exciting competitions, drawing in hundreds of students eager to showcase their talents in art, music, dance, and coding.
On Day 1, the spotlight events included:

Group Dance
Blind Coding
These activities turned the campus into a hub of creativity, energy, and competitive spirit, capturing the true essence of student festivity.
The inaugural ceremony saw the presence of several distinguished guests including former MLC Kanti Singh, LPCPS mentor Nikita Singh, Director Garima Singh, Dean Dr. L.S. Awasthi, and Dr. Rupali Patel among others, who encouraged students and praised the initiative for nurturing youth talent.
The grand finale on Sunday will conclude with the awarding of the prestigious Genium Trophy to the institution that secures the maximum number of medals across competitions. Additionally, cash prizes worth over ₹1 lakh will be distributed to top performers.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. S.P. Singh stated, "Genium is not just an event; it’s a celebration of dreams, talent, and youthful spirit. It helps students discover their strengths beyond academics."
