Earth Day Celebrated with Drama, Slogans, and Posters at Prayagraj School
Students at Shri Narayan Ashram Girls' School celebrate Earth Day with drama, slogans, and posters promoting environmental awareness.

Prayagraj. In a heartfelt celebration of Earth Day 2025, students of Shri Narayan Ashram Girls’ Inter College, Shivkuti, Prayagraj, participated in a vibrant series of activities aimed at spreading awareness about environmental protection, water conservation, and sustainable energy use.
The event began with a touching morning prayer assembly, during which primary section students performed a drama focused on the importance of saving the Earth. The young performers delivered strong environmental messages through engaging storytelling and enthusiastic acting. Among the standout performers were Srishti Pal, who secured first place, Ananya Prajapati in second, and Ruhi, who came in third.
For the junior group, a slogan writing competition was held, encouraging students to creatively express their concerns and hopes for the planet. The competition saw some impactful lines and vivid expressions, with Rimjhim Tiwari winning first place, Tanu Yadav taking second, and Sonakshi Gaur securing the third spot.
In the senior category, students displayed their creativity through a poster-making competition. Beautiful and thought-provoking artworks filled the room with messages about conservation, global warming, and the urgent need for climate action. The top three positions were bagged by Vaishnavi Sharma (first), Anshika (second), and Mehak Pal (third).
The winners of all events were awarded with certificates and prizes, in a ceremony held at the end of the program. The school's Principal, Mrs. Vibha Mishra, addressed the gathering and shared an inspiring message on the importance of environmental, water, and energy conservation. She emphasized that every small effort counts in preserving our planet for future generations.
In a powerful conclusion to the day’s events, all students took an oath to protect the environment, committing themselves to mindful habits and eco-friendly practices.
The celebration not only educated students about environmental challenges but also empowered them to become young ambassadors of change in their communities. It was a day filled with creativity, awareness, and commitment, reflecting the true spirit of Earth Day.
