Empowering Farmers is Our Mission: Dr. Uday Shankar Awasthi

Prayagraj: IFCO Managing Director Dr. Uday Shankar Awasthi was given a grand welcome upon his arrival in Prayagraj. Dr. Awasthi, recently honored with the prestigious "Rossdale Pioneer Award" and the title of "Fertilizer Man of India," was greeted with enthusiasm and pride by the officials, employees, and local village heads of the IFCO Phulpur unit.

A heartfelt felicitation ceremony was held in Bhulai Ka Pura village near Babuganj, where neighboring village leaders, including numerous women gram pradhans, celebrated Dr. Awasthi’s achievements. The leaders commended his efforts in revolutionizing agricultural practices and enhancing the well-being of farmers across India.

In his address, Dr. Awasthi dedicated the awards to the collective efforts of the IFCO family and the hardworking farmers of India. He reiterated IFCO’s commitment to empowering farmers through innovative agricultural solutions and sustainable practices. Dr. Awasthi emphasized the organization’s role in promoting agricultural advancements and fostering rural development.

Senior Executive Director of IFCO Phulpur unit Sanjay Kudeshiya and Public Relations Officer Swayam Prakash also expressed their appreciation for Dr. Awasthi’s leadership. Additionally, IFCO Officers' Association President Anurag Tiwari and prominent village heads, including Renu Devi Patel, Pushpa Devi, Manju Devi, Nisha Devi, Sheela Devi, Gudiya Devi, and Harishchandra, attended the ceremony to extend their best wishes.
